Young Europe awards the “Schwarzkopf Europe Prize”

Τhis is a call for nominations aimed at young people between 14 and 28. We would be grateful if you could forward this call to as many young people as possible. Thank You!Do you know a European who helps building a European society you like to live in? Perfect, then this is the chance to let us know…Each year the Schwarzkopf-Foundation Young Europe awards the “Schwarzkopf  Europe Prize” to institution or persons in public life who are to be honoured for their enthusiastic and valuable efforts for Europe. We are looking for a person from the spheres of politics, arts, economy or civil society who becomes active for a peaceful, democratic, responsible and sustainable Europe. In the year 2010 Jean-Claude-Juncker was awarded with the ”Schwarzkopf-Europa-Prize” for his exemplary communication of the European idea and his problem-solving abilities in the aftermath of the financial crisis.

Who will be awarded in 2011? This also depends on your nomination! The Schwarzkopf-Europe-Prize is an opportunity for the young generation to award personalities of the older generation. Therefore, only young people in the age group of 14 to 28 can nominate a candidate for the prize.By nominating somebody for the Schwarzkopf-Europe-Prize you even have the chance to win two tickets for the Eurovision Songcontest Finals 2011 in Düsseldorf!
